CAIRO, June 3, 2018 (MENA) - Egypt's Ministry of Education's counter-cheating team reported nine cheating cases using mobile phones during the first day of the Thanaweya Amma (high school certificate) exams, Head of Thanaweya Amma exams Reda Hegazy said in a press conference on Sunday. Cheating using a digital watch was also reported. Another case of a student who posted a copy of the exam papers on his Facebook page was reported. Legal measures were taken against the cheating students. Up to 588,463 students sat for the Arabic language exam in 1,777 exam rooms across the nation.
