CAIRO, April 20, 2018 (MENA) - Egypt's Minister of Defence and Military Production Sedqi Sobhi asserted on Friday that cowardly terrorist attacks will not prevent the Armed Forces heroes from performing their duty in defending their homeland. The defence minister made the remarks during his visit to the Armed Forces heroes who were injured in Sinai terrorist operations, and are currently at the Armed Forces hospitals, receiving medical care. The minister expressed appreciation of the heroes' sacrifices for the sake of the homeland, asserting that these heroes are an inspiring model to follow in view of their patriotism, honor and bravery. Egypt's people and army are moving forward towards eradicating any attempt aiming to undermine national security and stability, Sobhi said. The injured heroes thanked the minister for the visit, expressing their keenness on resuming their mission after their recovery to protect the homeland, whatever the sacrifices this will cost them.
