CAIRO, MARCH 30, 2018 - About 22 Egyptian companies will participate in a Canadian agricultural exhibition SIAL Canada from May 2 to May 4, the Food Export Council (FEC) has announced on Friday. The FEC said that the participating Egyptian companies would represent various agricultural produce from fruits and vegetables during the two-day exhibition. Egypt came as the second biggest booth in the Canadian exhibition after Spain, according to the council's data. It is noted that Egypt is targeting Canada as one of the potential markets as it came in the fourth rank of top importers worldwide, and came in the sixth rank as top food importer during 2017.
