Profit taking weighs in early trade

Cairo, March 20 – The local equities were mixed in early trade on Tuesday as a profit-taking sentiment cast a shadow on a number of blue chips.
The benchmark index EGX30 slipped 0.13 per cent to 17,150.62 points at 11:55. However, the broader indices EGX70 and EGX100 rose by 0.14 and 0.23 per cent to 889.87 and 2,271.68 points.
