Living Yards records EGP 32bn investments, projects EGP 40bn revenues in six years
Published in Daily News Egypt on 14 - 09 - 2025

Living Yards Developments has announced that it has achieved real estate investments exceeding EGP 32bn and is projecting revenues of more than EGP 40bn within just six years, supported by a robust land bank in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) and New Cairo.
The announcement came during a media tour of The Loft, the company's flagship residential project in the NAC.
The developer's portfolio comprises six major mixed-use projects. The Loft spans 22.5 feddans, with 81% of the area dedicated to landscapes and services and only 19% to buildings. The development includes around 900 residential units—ranging from apartments to duplexes and penthouses—spanning 78 to 434 sqm.
Designed in a distinctive British architectural style by DMA in collaboration with Callison RTKL, the project's first phase—317 units—is being delivered on schedule and in line with high construction and finishing standards. Buyers can choose from four finishing packages: Basic, Flexi, Premium, and Luxury.
Commenting on the company's broader portfolio, Mohab El Tabae, CEO of Living Yards, said:
"Beyond The Loft, Living Yards has launched several landmark projects, including The Loft Plaza—a commercial, administrative, and medical complex in the NAC covering 8,500 sqm; The Loft Downtown in the heart of the Downtown district, which offers businesses innovative flexibility in designing their spaces; and Loft Capital Center, a 10,000 sqm mixed-use development.
"We have also introduced Noir, a premium administrative project on North 90 Street in New Cairo, designed by YBA under Yasser El Beltagy in collaboration with SSE and managed by Decipher Egypt. Noir combines high-end offices with restaurants and retail."
The company has also launched Solay, a 31-feddan residential project in the Golden Square extension of New Cairo, with 80% of the land devoted to green spaces and lagoons. The project offers standalone villas, twin houses, townhouses, and semi-finished apartments, alongside integrated sports and social facilities. Solay also introduced branded residences in partnership with Lemon Spaces, under the Maison S brand.
To further strengthen customer relations, Living Yards recently launched the Yards Plus Loyalty Program, offering clients up to 3% discounts on current and future projects over five years, alongside finishing package discounts and exclusive partner offers.
