Valero Developments has announced the completion of all concrete works for CIRCLE 9 Mall in Obour City, CEO Ahmed Abdel Salam confirmed. Abdel Salam said the company is preparing to begin the initial delivery of commercial units by October, noting that early handover underscores Valero's commitment to delivering projects that not only meet but exceed client expectations in design, execution, and quality. "The early operation of CIRCLE 9 Mall will serve our investor clients and at the same time stimulate commercial activity in the area, creating an attractive investment environment. This strengthens its position as one of the key destinations in the heart of Obour City and reflects the quality standards that Valero brings to the market," he added. Located in Obour City's entertainment district, directly in front of the Dar Misr compound, CIRCLE 9 Mall is the first commercial-medical development of its kind in the area. With a building-to-land ratio of just 30%, the project overlooks a 10,000 sqm park and includes a lower ground floor, a ground floor, and three upper floors. It offers a diverse mix of commercial and medical units starting from 28 sqm, designed to meet a wide range of client needs. Abdel Salam revealed that Valero has already signed an agreement with a major brand to occupy 300 sqm within the mall, adding further value to the project. He also announced that the company has begun construction of its second development, White Mall, this month. Covering 2,500 sqm with a 50% built-up area, White Mall will feature a basement, ground floor, and two upper floors. The lower ground and ground levels will be dedicated to commercial outlets, while the upper floors will house specialised medical services, creating a mixed-use medical-entertainment hub.
