El-Attal Holding unveils 38-feddan West Leaves project in West Cairo

El-Attal Holding has announced the launch of West Leaves, its first project in West Cairo, to be built on 38 feddan comprising mixed-use residential, commercial, and administrative properties.
Ahmed El-Attal, Chairperson of El-Attal Holding, stated: "Despite challenges, the 6th of October city witnesses great developments and will have more in the coming period, especially with the urban extension and growth that's happening now and with the distinguished services the State has provided in the infrastructure and huge network of main roads and axes that were able to shorten the distances between the new urban extension and any other area in few minutes. This strongly motivated us to consider this area and for El-Attal Holding's plan to expand westward and build integrated residential communities with services that address the requirements of clients and bring life to development requirements and meet the company's vision and commitment."
In a press conference, El-Attal said that West Leaves encompasses 4 phases constitutes 120,000 sqm of residential units, 30,000 sqm commercial and 17,000 sqm administrative properties featuring 31 stately buildings. Each building consists of a ground floor and three main levels, complemented by a select number of penthouse suites. The residential units offer ample living spaces, ranging in size from 80 to 300 sqm, with a selection of 8 tower structures offering serviced- apartments and a full-service hotel comprised of 200 guest rooms.
Contracts were signed with consultant Raef Fahmi who will be responsible for the project's engineering design.
West Leaves is designed with the latest global styles utilizing cutting-edge sustainable technology and artificial intelligence service. The project will be equipped with services provided by the German company Siemens, to reduce energy and water consumption.
El-Attal Holding has a diverse portfolio of land and projects including ParkLane in the Administrative Capital's R7, covering an area of 28 feddan, Bayside in Ras Sudr on an area of 7 feddan, 170 service apartments, and a hotel with 40 rooms.
El-Attal Holding seeks to expand its projects to various important investment sites in Egypt and contribute to the development journey that the Egyptian government has started.
