Dolmen Developments announced their intention to launch a new commercial and administrative project in the New Administrative Capital's (NAC) third residential neighbourhood (R3) on an area of 3,400 sqm with a view of three distinctive facades.
Abdel Azim Khalil — Chairperson of Dolmen Developments — said that the project comprises a ground floor and three storeys.
He added that the company aims to develop a flagship project with a unique and feasible design, noting that Arkan has been contracted to act as the engineering consultant for the project.
He also pointed out that Dolmen Developments will not construct or market the project before obtaining all the necessary licenses for the project in order to ensure that the engineering form that is marketed to customers matches the final product, as this is one of the main pillars on which the company depends on to promote its credibility.
Furthermore, Abdel Azim explained that the project includes commercial stores with various spaces starting from 30 sqm, pointing out that the project will be delivered within two years and half.
The company also offers their customers flexible payment plans commensurate with the purchasing power of its customers, and at the same time takes into account the price changes that all properties witnessed during the recent period as a result of the high cost of implementation.
The chairperson concluded that real estate remains a safe haven for investment regardless of all economic challenges thanks to its high return on investment and because it meets a basic need for a major commodity, which is property.
