Hyde Park Developments showcases projects in east and west Cairo, North Coast at Cityscape Egypt exhibition

Hyde Park Developments, one of the largest real estate development companies in Egypt, is participating in Cityscape Egypt 2022, which will be held from 21 to 24 September at Egypt International Exhibition Center.
The company said that it continued the process of developing integrated urban projects at the highest level that provides its customers with a distinguished level of housing units with modern designs to suit different tastes with a variety of services. This came in response to increasing demand for Hyde Park's unique projects and in light of the company's role in supporting the state's urban development plan.
The company offers a variety of projects in east and west Cairo as well as North Coast, in addition to its flagship administrative project, Business District, with flexible payment plans that suit the needs of the market.
Hyde Park offers its clients wishing to reside in east Cairo Hyde Park New Cairo project, which is one of the best projects in the Fifth Settlement area. The project is located on an area of 6 million sqm at an investment cost of approximately EGP 40bn and comprises 20,000 units beside commercial, administrative and mixed-use projects.

In addition to, the commercial and entertainment district HydeOut, contains a large number of major restaurants and entertainment and sports areas.
Hyde Park has succeeded in selling the entire Garden Ville and Peaks Ville phase. The last phase was launched under the name Garden Residences in response to increasing demand, which included a distinctive group of residential units of various types of buildings, with different views, characterised by a modern design that suits all ages and at the same time enjoys difference and diversity in spaces.
In West Cairo, Hyde Park provides its clients with Tawny and Garden Lakes projects in the 6th of October city; The first is located on an area of 31 feddans and includes more than 200 villas of different sizes, featuring a variety of designs, from separate villas with spaces of 288 sqm, and connected villas with spaces ranging between 240 and 280 sqm, towns, twin houses. Besides, quad villas as a new product to meet the diverse tastes of clients. The master plan of the project was developed by international companies specialising in city planning.
Tawny project is distinguished by its unique location in the heart of the residential area in 6th of October city, surrounded by all the main roads, whether the 26th of July Corridor, Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road, Al-Wahat Road, in front of Al-Jazira Sports Club. The compound is located steps away from malls and shops and surrounded by many international schools such as Lycée, Al-Alsun, International School of Choueifat, American International School, and the British International School.
Moreover, the development is surrounded by hospitals, hotels, universities and schools, it is minutes away from the Cairo toll station, Mall of Egypt, Mall of Arabia, Arkan Plaza, Galleria 40, Park Street, and the Grand Egyptian Museum.
As for the company's latest flagship development, the Garden Lakes project was launched in West Cairo, opposite the Tawny project, and is located on an area of 69 feddans, as the project is close to all the services of that area. The Garden Lakes was designed by one of the largest design companies, Eklego Design which added a modern and unique architectural touch that was reflected in the design of the units.
The Garden Lakes is a unique project in this area and includes a variety of housing units starting from 104 sqm to meet the needs of the market. in addition to all services that provide residents with an integrated life, including clubhouses, swimming pools, children's area, social activities, cycling and jogging tracks, outdoor activities areas, reading area and co-working spaces, spacious gardens landscaped with architecture, service area, as well as an underground car park.
The company's project development plans expanded, and it launched a new Hyde Park North project in the North Coast region on 240 feddans. The company has begun construction of the first phase of the Seashore project, to be delivered within 4 years. Designed on tiered terraces and U-Shape design, Seashore allows a better view of the sea for the largest number of units, making more than 90% of units directly overlooking the sea. In addition to entertainment venues and a commercial area dedicated to services.
