Published in Daily News Egypt on 08 - 08 - 2022

Lozan Urban Development (LUD) announced that it contracted with Comerca — a commercial solutions provider — to house commercial units of the Apex Business Complex in the Downtown area of the New Administrative Capital (NAC).
Chairperson of LUD Adel Abdel Moneim stated that Comerca will provide various services by investing in delivering commercial units to achieve the highest possible benefit, studying expected profits for customers, and improving the quality of optimal operating services to enhance the value of their properties and provide information and analysis in the fastest time, reducing operating expenses.
Abdel Moneim also said that a contract has been successfully signed with the Natural Food Company that owns Baladina Restaurant and The Burger Factory to be the first brands present in the Apex Business Mall project.
He pointed out that LUD seeks to achieve an added value for the clients of Apex Business Mall by preparing a diverse selection of commodities and distributing activities in the commercial area to achieve smooth movement between all units and roles in the project.
The project comprises administrative, commercial, and medical properties on 2,600 sqm, and encompasses a ground floor and 12 storeys with 230 various units that boast areas starting from 35 sqm up to 100 sqm.
It is expected that the entire project will be delivered within four years of its construction with investments close to EGP 700m, he concluded.
