Al Salem Real Estate Development contracts with TSM, Jara

Al Salem Real Estate Development signed a cooperation agreement with TSM and Jara companies to provide their services in achieving Al Salem's goals in leasing a commercial mall dubbed Nile View in Benha City, the gateway to the Delta, for the biggest names and brands.
The signature ceremony was attended by Bahaa Salem, CEO of Al Salem Real Estate Development; Hassan Al-Zanfali, Chairperson of Jara; and Adel Galal, Chairperson of TSM.
The two companies have long experience in the field of leasing, managing, and developing brands in Egypt and the Arab world.
Nile View Mall is part of Nile View Compound, which consists of serviced apartments, a commercial mall and a hospital with all specialties of the highest medical standards. The mall consists of three floors on an area of 40,000 sqm and includes all kinds of local and international shopping stores to meet the needs of residents of Banha City. Furthermore, the mall includes many high-end restaurants, fast food restaurants, and famous cafes, in addition to four-screen cinemas showing international and local films. The mall also provides a children's entertainment area in addition to a specialized academy to develop the various skills of the child.
