Toyota Egypt opened an integrated service centre in Sheikh Zayed city to sell brand's models and provide after-sales services providing maintenance, spare parts, and engine lubricants change. CEO of Toyota Egypt Ahmed Monsef said the company's expansion plan targets opening more integrated service centres in the coming period to meet the needs of Toyota customers nationwide. The operating hours of Toyota service centres are 12 hours/day from 10 am to 10 pm, except Friday from 2 pm to 10 pm. The new centre offers quick engine oil change "Toyota Genuine Motor Oil Express Lube" for the first time. There is also a giant digital screen to showcase all Toyota models in detail which allows customers to compare between different models accurately and easily. In addition, there is an Express Maintenance service provided by skilled engineers and technicians. Toyota Motors Corporation provides several accredited technical and administrative certifications along with authorised hands-on trainings through experts to ensure providing the highest quality service to its customers. Notably, Toyota Egypt won the Diamond Award for Excellence from Toyota Motor Corporation after winning two Golden Awards Africa -wide in sales and after sales for four years consecutively. Toyota Motor Corporation's awards are granted based on achievements in applying strict global measures of excellence to distributors worldwide, honouring their constant efforts in enhancing the standards of services provided to Toyota customers. Toyota Egypt branches cover Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Ismailia, Alamein, and South Sinai governorates. Toyota Egypt also has a large network of 54 authorised distributors in Egypt to provide car sales and pre- and after-sales services as well as direct sales of spare parts and original oils for all Toyota customers nationwide.
