Eight Greek companies to participate in Big 5 Construct Egypt 2019
Companies to discuss possible future cooperation with local counterparts, says embassy official

Eight Greek companies will take part in the second Big 5 Construct Egypt 2019 to be held on 2-4 September at Egypt International Exhibition Center, Pantelis Gassios, counsellor for economic and commercial affairs at the Greek embassy in Cairo, said.
The Greek companies will hold business-to-business meetings with their Egyptian counterparts to discuss possibilities of future cooperation, Gassios added.
"Greece is, again this year, present at the second Big 5 Construct Egypt 2019 through a national participation, organised by Enterprise Greece Invest & Trade, which is the official Investment and Trade Promotion Agency of Greece, under the supervision of the Ministry of Economy and Development, that promotes export trade and facilitates private investment," Gassios mentioned.
Daily News Egypt received the full list of the Greek companies that will participate in the exhibition. The list includes Kamaridis Global Wire, that will be present through Nikolaos Mpoutsikas.
Kamaridis Global Wire operates in panels, roll formed metal sheets, translucent sheets, purlins, composite slabs, wire products, tubes for construction hollow sections, concrete reinforcing steel, wire rods, wire mesh, beams, and merchant bars.
The list also includes Maris Polymers, that will be represented through Elias Kalampalikis. The company works in waterproofing systems, floor coating polyurethane & epoxy systems, coatings & sealers, joint sealants, adhesives, solvents, and various other products.
Mathios Refractories company will participate in the exhibition through Walid Abdulrahman. The company operates in the field of refractory materials, decorative stone, glass blocks, flooring materials, and thermal insulation materials.
The list also includes Planet Sol – M Charalampidou & Sia. Maria Charalampidou will represent the company that operates in the field of solar water heaters, tanks, collectors, floor standing boilers, components, complete forced systems, buffer tanks and big volume tanks.
Watera Hellas, will be present at the exhibition through Michail Metaxas. The company operates in water treatment technologies, systems, equipment, and services.
Aluminco, which operates in the architectural aluminium systems, architectural design screens, aluminium railing systems, aluminium outdoor systems, aluminium entrance doors & panels systems, and aluminium industrial profiles will participate at the exhibition through Effie Karras.
Interplast, one of the Greek companies participating in the exhibition, operates in the field of plastic pipes for use in water supply, heating, and sewerage systems. It is covering a wide range of applications in the areas of house construction, technical projects, and industrial facilities.
Temak will be present through Stahis Matos. The company offers expert solutions in the field of water treatment and fluid control equipment. The company also offers design, development, production, storage, installation, servicing and sales of water treatment systems, chemical products, and industrial equipment.
