Edge Holding to launch two new real estate projects in New Alamein, Ain Sokhna
Company markets 70% of OIA project in New Capital

Edge Holding for Urban Development intends to launch two new projects in New Alamein and Ain Sokhna, according to Sales Manager Mohamed Samir.
The company intends to implement residential skyscrapers in New Alamein, Samir pointed out.
Edge Holding for Urban Development has marketed 70% of the OIA project in the New Administrative Capital within five months, the company's sales manager indicated.
Edge Holding informed Daily News Egypt that it intends to complete the project's marketing by the end of the current year. Samir revealed that the company
The OIA project is spread over 30 acres in the New Administrative Capital, composed of only 20% building areas which include 1,280 units. Additionally, OIA's mixed-used area is built on a total of 18,000 sqm and the commercial area is on 4,800 sqm, and the project also includes a swimming pool, Samir revealed.
The company started marketing the commercial area within OIA project. Moreover, we intend to market project's residential units project soon, Samir expressed.
Samir mentioned that the company has obtained the ministerial approval for the OIA, and elaborated that the project's commercial and residential investments reached approximately EGP 5bn.
He added that the company has marketed the project in several real estate exhibitions.
"We have an administrative tower in the Administrative Capital consisting of 70 floors ,with investments of around EGP 1bn," Samir announced. "We aim to invest about EGP 25bn in the market within the coming 10 years."
