Impact markets four projects with EGP 2.5bn in targeted sales
New Administrative Capital, New Cairo have promising investment opportunities, says CEO

Impact Commercial Real Estate intends to market a new set of projects for developers with targeted sales of approximately EGP 2.5bn, according to CEO Ali Gaber.
Gaber said that the company begins its activities by marketing a range of projects in the New Administrative Capital, including a commercial administrative project located on an area of 9,000 sqm, and the second administrative commercial project on 3,700 sqm.
Gaber added that company plans to market these projects in early December.
Additionally, the company will also market a new project in Ain Sokhna early November on an area of 5,700 sqm.
The CEO expected an increase in demand for the two projects, as they are commercial and administrative projects in the New Administrative Capital, as well as the lack of supply of commercial and administrative units in local market, especially with small land sizes offered for these activities, compared to residential activities.
He pointed out that administrative and commercial activities have witnessed a demand by many major international and local companies to be located in specialised administrative areas. In addition, he highlighted the success achieved by commercial malls in the cities of East Cairo with their increasing occupancy rates, which include high-income segments.
Gaber pointed out that New Administrative Capital and New Cairo have promising investment opportunities, and are characterised by great stability.
The volume of business is expected to grow in the cities of Sixth of October and Sheikh Zayed, especially after the launch of several large projects as well as partnership projects between the Ministry of Housing and real estate developers. Moreover, Ain Sokhna has very good investment opportunities, especially since it is very close to the New Administrative Capital, concluded Gaber.
