Sorouh Developments Company presented its latest project, Entrada, in the New Administrative Capital during the Cityscape Egypt Real Estate Exhibition, held at the Egypt International Exhibition Centre in New Cairo, in the presence of major real estate developers. The Entrada project will be established on an area of over 72 feddans in the new capital's R-7 area in front of the International Exhibition City. Walaa Alami, a member of Sorouh's board of directors, said that Entrada will include residential buildings on areas ranging from 120 sqm to 220 sqm at prices starting from EGP 8,800 per sqm, with payment installations over periods of up to 10 years. Alami added that the project will include regular apartments, duplexes, and penthouses, with the possibility of purchasing them fully furnished. There will also be a commercial area of 1.3 sqkm. He noted that the project is designed in the European style to provide additional spaces in front of the buildings surrounded by large green areas. Entrada is a Spanish word meaning gateway. The project's name reflects its main objective to be a gateway to the future and a new life style. In addition, the actual location of the project lies at the entrance of the New Administrative Capital. Sorouh is a shareholding company comprised of several Egyptian and Arab investors and has implemented more than 250 real estate projects in Egypt, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates.
