/div id="largeShowcase" class="showcase large inner" As protesters prepare to march to the presidential palace so the security forces are getting ready to receive them. Barbed wire fences and riot police are taking up positions around the Itihadiya Palace. The protesters are marching to demand the revocation of the constitutional declaration issued by President Mohamed Morsy as well as his decision to put the draft constitution up to a popular referendum on 15 December. The military issued a statement denying that they were taking measures to secure the palace.
