Orascom Telecom Holding and Mitsubishi Corporation signed a memorandum of understanding to collaborate in various social investment projects in Egypt, the first of which will see the establishment of a social rehabilitation center for children in Fayed. The new beach center is built and designed for children at risk in cooperation with Caritas Egypt. A team of social workers will work with the children to rehabilitate them through a creational, educational and structural program. Activities of the program aim to empower the children with life skills, including exercising self-control, participating in decision-making, assuming responsibility and problem solving. The center will be managed by Caritas-Egypt's administration and will serve the children at risk and handicapped.
