Raya Holding Announces EGP 0.20/Share Cash Dividend

Raya Holding For Technology And Communications - (RAYA.CA) said it will distribute Coupon No. (7) of EGP 0.20 per share payable on 09/10/2012.
Shareholders as of Thursday's closing session of 04/10/2012 are entitled to cash dividends distribution.
The cash dividends shall be distributed through the Misr for Central Clearing, Depository & Registry (MCDR)'s accredited centers.
This comes after Raya's ordinary general assembly had approved a postponed cash dividends distribution of the gains posted during the fiscal year ended on 31/12/2011. According to Raya's previous ordinary general assembly held on 26/04/2012, cash dividends distribution was postponed till the second half of 2012 after studying the company's liquidity stance.
Worth mentioning, Raya's issued capital is valued at EGP 321.116 million distributed to 64.223 million securities in which the par value amounts to EGP 5 per share.
