Egypt-based real estate property, Al Forat Real Estate Investment, achieved contractual sales of 500 million Egyptian pounds ($56million) its flagship project, Jewar Compound, phase I and II said Alaa Abdelhady, its marketing executive Thursday. The company has already promoted the first phase of the project while it has started promoting the second phase during 2016 edition of Egypt's leading property exhibition, Cityscape that took place last month in Cairo. In addition, the first two phases would be delivered by November 2018. Jewar Compound stretches over an area of 33 feddans, a convenient and ideal area on Borg Al Arab road.
