Gold markets edge higher on Tuesday

Spot gold prices increased on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at 12:44 pm GMT by 0.36 per cent to $3,377.87 per ounce, compared to its previous close of $3,365.8.
Meanwhile, US gold futures inched up 0.24 per cent to $3,425.87 per ounce, up from Monday's closing price of $3,417.5.
