Egypt's Finance Ministry and the Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences (AAMBFS) signed a cooperation protocol on Tuesday to invest in human capital and develop the Ministry's workforce, according to a Cabinet statement. The protocol aims to improve employees' administrative and professional skills by offering partial scholarships for ministry staff and their families to enrol in postgraduate programmes while also promoting knowledge and expertise exchange. Finance Minister Ahmed Kouchouk highlighted the agreement as a key step to enhance human capital and institutional efficiency to support Egypt's sustainable development and the Ministry's strategic goals. He stressed the importance of investing in human resources as a core element of the ministry's vision. AAMBFS' president Moustafa Hadeeb highlighted the academy's expertise in preparing qualified staff capable of meeting future challenges, according to the announcement. Rasha Ragab, first deputy president of the academy, appreciated the Ministry's support, and expressed confidence that the initiative will benefit ministry employees across all departments and affiliated entities.
