Egypt reviews airport security, services

Egypt's Supreme Committee for Security and Environmental Inspection of Airports carried out a tour of Marsa Alam International Airport and Hurghada International Airport, according to the Ministry of Civil Aviation said on Tuesday.
The inspections follow directives from Civil Aviation Minister Sameh El-Hefny to strengthen security, health, and environmental monitoring across all Egyptian airports, the report added.
The committee and relevant authorities evaluated airport operations, passenger flow, flight readiness, security and health measures, passenger services, customs and immigration procedures, baggage handling systems, and airport facilities.
