EGP inches down against USD at Wednesday's close

The Egyptian pound (EGP) edged down against the US dollar (USD) on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, according to data from the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE).
The CBE quoted the average buying rate at EGP 49.3750 and the selling rate at EGP 49.4750, compared with Tuesday's rates of EGP 49.3574 for buying and EGP 49.4574 for selling.
