Egypt's c. bank issues EGP67.5b in T-bills

The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE), in coordination with the Ministry of Finance, is offering 67.5 billion Egyptian pounds in treasury bills (T-bills) on Sunday, July 13, 2025.
The auction is in two tranches: 91-day T-bills worth 27.5 billion pounds to mature on 14/10/2025 and 273-day T-bills worth 40 billion pounds to mature on 14/04/2026, as per the statement.
Treasury bills are short-term government debt instruments with maturities ranging from three months to a year.
