Egypt's national project for community, human and local development (Mashrouak) has provided EGP 33 billion in loans since its launch in 2015, supporting more than 215,000 diverse small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the Cabinet said. The initiative has played a key role in generating more than 1.4 million job opportunities across the country, reflecting the state's commitment to empowering youth, reducing unemployment, and promoting sustainable local development.
