Egyptian pound posts gains vs. dollar at Tuesday's close – CBE

The Egyptian pound (EGP) strengthened against the US dollar (USD) on Tuesday, 1 July 2025, according to data from the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE).
The CBE quoted the average buying rate at EGP 49.4006 and the selling rate at EGP 49.5006, compared with Monday's rates of EGP 49.5476 for buying and EGP 49.6476 for selling.
