Egypt's stock market (EGX) opened in negative territory on Sunday. As of 11:00 hrs (CLT), the indices were trading in the red as follows: The main index, EGX30, goes down by 5.43 percent to 30745.19 points. The Shariah index, EGX33, dropped by 4.93 per cent, to 3204.03 points. The SMEs index, EGX70, fell by 5.94 per cent, to 9034.59 points. The EGX100 sank by 5.88 per cent to 12301.26 points.
