Egyptian pound dips vs. dollar at Wednesday's close

The Egyptian pound (EGP) edged down against the US dollar (USD) on Wednesday, 28 May 2025, according to data from the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE).
The CBE reported an average buying rate of EGP 49.7511 per dollar and a selling rate of EGP 49.8511, compared to Tuesday's rates of EGP 49.7474 and EGP 49.8474, respectively.
