Egyptian pound inches up against US dollar on Sunday – CBE

The Egyptian pound (EGP) edged up against the US dollar (USD) on Sunday, May 25, 2025, according to data from the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE).
The CBE reported an average buying rate of EGP 49.8464 per dollar and a selling rate of EGP 49.9464, compared to Thursday's rates of EGP 49.8506 and EGP 49.9505, respectively.
