Egypt on Sunday condemned the targeting of vital infrastructure and facilities in the Sudanese cities of Port Sudan and Kassala, calling for the protection of Sudan's resources and the preservation of the country's unity and stability. In a statement, the Egyptian Foreign Ministry stressed that attacks on civilian infrastructure harm efforts to restore stability in Sudan and hinder attempts to facilitate humanitarian aid access to the Sudanese people.
