The pro-government Mostaqbal Watan – the Nation's Future Party (NFP) launched on Monday a debt relief programme designed to clear the debts of 6,000 farmers nationwide, a significant initiative held under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. Minister of Local Development, Manal Awad attended the launch ceremony joined by other key government officials including Dr. Khaled Abdel-Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health, Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, Alaa Farouk, Minister of Agriculture, and Mahmoud Fawzy, Minister of Parliamentary Affairs. Minister Awad emphasised that the new initiative would alleviate financial challenges for nearly 6,000 farmers across Egypt. The minister congratulated the farmers who benefited from the initiative, encouraging them to continue their invaluable work in helping to ensure Egypt's food security. She hailed NFP's efforts to support the country's agricultural sector, stressing the importance of collaboration among citizens, government bodies, civil society, and political parties in advancing Egypt's national goals under President El-Sisi's vision.
