Allianz Insurance Company-Egypt and Allianz Life Assurance Company-Egypt achieved premiums of EGP 1.1 billion FY 2011/2012. Sources said Allianz Life Assurance Company-Egypt reported premiums of EGP 895 million and Allianz Insurance Company -Egypt achieved premiums of EGP 240.9 million at the end of last June. Allianz is currently in talks with Mohamed Mahran, general manager at Chartis Insurance Company - Qatar, to hold the managing director position at Allianz, sourcse added. The company studies the possibility of moving the headquarters from Dokki to El-Tagamu El-Khames (Fifth Settlement). Allianz Insurance Company-Egypt has recently expanded in the service of collecting premiums from homes to Delta and Upper Egypt governorates.
