RE/MAX Egypt has recently sponsored the contestant Khaled Abdel Mawgoud “Capo" in the bikes category for the 30th edition of the "Pharaohs International Cross Country Rally" that was held under the Pyramids of Giza. Mr. Khaled Nasser, RE/MAX Egypt - Regional Director- said “The biker Khaled Abdel Mawgoud – Capo - has the needed talent and fitness that allows him to participate in one of the most important rallies in the world like the Pharaons Rally. As a result, RE/MAX Egypt provided its support for Capo to achieve his own dream and participate in such an important event. “Supporting Khaled “Capo" reflects the RE/MAX Egypt's vision for hundreds of Egyptians who have ambition and Inspiration." The Pharaohs Rally 2012 took place in the Egyptian western desert on six stages of total distance of 3,000 kilometers; the first stage length was 550 km started from the pyramids panorama to the actual start point at km 98, 6 October road, Bahareya oasis. The Pharaohs Rally is considered a difficult one where " Capo" cut a distance of more than 3000 km on his bike to become one of the first Egyptian who has completed all the stages in the history of the rally. In Pharaohs Rally this year 162 vehicles and SUVs, 72 motorcycles and two helicopters are participating in the race to secure the event, in addition to four ambulances for medical care.
