Baghdad - Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim al Jaafari said on Saturday that the victory achieved against IS terrorist group in Iraq represents a victory for all the world countries. Speaking at a joint press conference with the French Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Defense, al Jaafari noted that Paris has suffered from terrorism. France's Nice terror attack was an example of such criminal acts committed by extremist groups. Al Jaafari pointed out that coordination between Iraq and France contributed to achieving such a victory against IS in Iraq. He urged supporting Iraq in this new phase in reconstruction efforts aiming at building cities destroyed by terrorist groups.
