Tens of residents of Alexandria held Friday a protest at Al Qaed Ibrahim Square, to celebrate anniversary of 23 July 1952 revolution, Al Bawaba News reported. The protesters raised pictures of President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi, confirming their support to state institutions, police and army in the fight against terrorism, as well as chanting slogans against Qatar and Turkey, whom they believe are sponsors of terrorism. They also raised banners congratulating the Egyptian people on the occasion of the 23 July 1952 revolution's anniversary. Al Qaed Ibrahim Square witnessed high security presence to secure the protest and ensure that no one violates the protest law.
