Some residents of Alexandria organized Friday a protest at Al Qaed Ibrahim Square in Alexandria, to express their rejection for Muslim Brotherhood (MB) calls to protest on the fifth anniversary of Jan. 25 revolution. The protesters raised banners supporting the police and army, Al Bawaba News reported. They chanted slogans supporting the government and President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi, as well as slogans denouncing terrorism. Also, the protesters raised the holy Koran and Cross to emphasize national unity, and celebrated Christmas, in an atmosphere overwhelmed with solidarity.
