President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi met Monday with Executive Board member of Maersk shipping company, Kim Fejfer in Cairo, in the presence of Suez Canal Authority's head Mohab Mamish, Al-Bawaba News reported. During the meeting, Fejfer praised the cooperation relation between Maersk and Egyptian authorities, especially the Suez Canal Authority, praising also the efforts of the Egyptian government in the development of Suez Canal area. For his part, Sisi praised the work of Maersk group in Egypt, expressing his keenness to strengthen cooperation with the group as well as increasing its investments in Egypt. The president also reviewed with Fejfer the Egyptian government actions to overcome the obstacles that face foreign investors in Egypt, pointing to the establishment of a number of new ports and the development process of Suez Canal area.
