Head of Suez Canal Authority, Mohab Mamish said Monday that the government works seriously to resolve the problem of unemployment, Youm7 News reported. Mamish signaled that a number of projects will be established under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi including the Suez Canal Axis Development project, describing it as Egypt's national project in the 21th century. He noted that the Suez Canal ports have been left for years without any development, stressing that Egypt succeeded to restore the canal's important role after establishing the new Suez Canal project. Mamish added that the waiting area of the Suez Canal was only allow for 8 giant ships to wait in, pointing out that the Suez Canal development project will allow for more ships to wait.
