Minister of manpower, Mohamed Saafan headed Monday to China to participate in G20 manpower ministers meeting held in Chinese capital, Beijing, Youm7 News reported. Saafan said in a statement to reporters that the meeting will discuss the current developments of the global economy and labor market, as well as what has been accomplished from the G20's obligations. The meeting will tackle ways of providing suitable job opportunities and enhancing the capacity for employment, in addition to improving the employability and link it to the skills and needs of the labor markets, Saafan explained. He pointed out that the meeting will also discuss methods of promoting decent work and the role of income growth, as well as social protection systems and working conditions.
