Egyptian Minister of Culture Helmi Al-Namnm met with Azerbaijani ambassador in Cairo Toral Redayev over boosting bilateral ties between both countries, Al-Bawaba News reported Wednesday. Both officials discussed holding Azerbaijani cultural activities in Cairo to introduce its traditions and civilization to the Egyptian public. "The ministry's foreign affairs sector and the Azerbaijani embassy are concluding preparations to hold a cultural event," Al-Namnm said, signaling to Egypt's cultural week held 2015 in Baku, the Azerbaijani capital, which witnessed remarkable turnout either on the official or popular levels.
