A delegation representing Egypt's General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) will visit the Somali capital Mogadisho to review the investment opportunities, Al-Bawaba News reported Saturday. The announcement came during a meeting held between GAFI's executive director, Alaa Omar and the Somali acting ambassador to Cairo to discuss the ways to boost bilateral ties in the light of political and economic stability witnessed in Somalia recently. "GAFI is keen to develop the economic cooperation between both countries," Omar said, signaling to the positive developed bilateral ties with African nations in the last few years.
