Earlier in the day, local media reported that two rockets fired from the Syrian territory under the control of ISIS jihadist group hit two separate residential buildings in Kilis, resulting in injuries for 16 people. The ISIS is a terrorist group outlawed in the United States, Russia among other states. The infamous group has seized large areas in Syria and Iraq and declared a caliphate on territories under its control.
