The largest ship crossed the canal from the north of the canal was the Danish ship "ELEONORA MAERSK" coming from Morocco, heading to Singapore weighing 171 thousand tons, while the largest ship to cross from the south was the Singaporean "NAUTIC" tanker weighing 163 thousand tons.
