Egyptian Minister of Trade and Industry, Tarek Qabil held a meeting Thursday with the Egyptian-Indian Business Council attended by Indian ambassador to Cairo, Sanjay Bhattacharyya, Al-Bawaba News reported. In the meeting, Bhattacharyya stressed Egypt's advanced rank as it is considered India's most distinct partners in the region and Africa. "The Egyptian-Indian Business Council adopted a great role in developing the economic cooperation between both countries," Bhattacharyya added, revealing a number of future mutual investments would be launched during the next stage. "Egyptian market possesses a number of attractive features and components for the Indian investor," B. S. Garyman, chairman of Sunmar company said, signaling to the soon launch of its factory in the industrial zone of Port Said. Sheila Sudhakaran, secretary of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), stressed the importance to benefit the giant economic stances enjoyed by both countries.
