Egyptian-Sudanese summit, scheduled to be held in March, will witness the signing of a number of trade and economic agreements, said Sudan's Minister of Commerce Salah Mohamed Al Hassan said Tuesday. Al Hassan added, in a statement to Al Bawaba News, that the signing ceremony will take place after the meeting of the joint higher committee chaired by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi and his Sudanese counterpart Omar Al Bashir. He pointed out that the size of trade exchange between Egypt and Sudan is $ 850 million a year, stressing that the volume of trade does not satisfy the ambition of bilateral relations between the two countries. Furthermore, he explained that the importance of the Africa Forum 2016 lies in the development of relations between African countries, by boosting economic and investment opportunities.
