Egypt's Chief of Staff meets commander of U.S. Army Central Command

Egypt's chief of staff, Lt. Gen. Mahmoud Hegazy met Lt. Gen. Michael X. Garrett, Commander of U.S. Army Central Command which controls ground forces in the Middle East and Southwest Asia, earlier on Saturday, Egyptian armed forces spokesperson announced.
The two military commanders discussed several topics related to Egyptian-US military relations and cooperation concerning training and military exchange as well mutual expertise, according to Col. Mohamed Samir's statement on his official Facebook page.
Garrett and a delegation from the US Army Central Command are currently visiting Cairo.
