Egypt's Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry met with King of Jordan Abdullah II bin al-Hussein on Sunday, in order to deliver a message from President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi concerning developments in the region, Aswat Masriya news reported. In a tour including the UAE, Ethiopia and Jordan, Shoukry arrived in the Jordanian Capital, Amman, where he met King Abdullah, spokesperson of the Egyptian Foreign Ministry, Ahmed Abu Zeid said in an official statement. Talks addressed the assessment of conditions in Syria, Iraq, Yemen and Libya, as Shoukry revealed Egypt's vision towards the Syrian issue, asserting the necessity to include all Syrian opposition in the political dialogue with the Syrian regime. Shoukry delivered Egypt's vision towards the Libyan issue that stresses on the necessity to uphold the National Accord Government to carry out its tasks in counter-terrorism.
