Court suspends death sentence against MB guide

Cairo Cassation Court suspended on Wednesday Criminal Court's rulings against 39 Muslim Brotherhood (MB) defendants in Rabaa control room case, Al-Bawaba News reported.
The 39 defendants including MB supreme guide Mohamed Badie, as well as 11 others were sentenced to death, while 27 were sentenced to life imprisonment.
Court ruled to the defendants to be retried by another court.
