Ismailia Criminal Court resumes Wednesday trial of former supreme guide of Muslim Brotherhood (MB), Mohamed Badie and 104 others, in the case publicly known as "Ismailia Incidents", Al-Bawaba News reported. The defendants face charges of assaulting the Ismailia Governorate building in July 2013, and killing a number of police personnel in coincidence with the dispersal of Rabaa and el-Nahda MB sit-ins, the sources added. On May 17, 2015, more than 123 MB elements including Badie and ousted president Mohamed Morsi were sentenced to death over crimes of espionage and prison break.
