Court resumes Badie, 104 others in "Ismailia Incidents" case

Ismailia Criminal Court resumes Wednesday trial of former supreme guide of Muslim Brotherhood (MB), Mohamed Badie and 104 others, in the case publicly known as "Ismailia Incidents", Al-Bawaba News reported.
The defendants face charges of assaulting the Ismailia Governorate building in July 2013, and killing a number of police personnel in coincidence with the dispersal of Rabaa and el-Nahda MB sit-ins, the sources added.
On May 17, 2015, more than 123 MB elements including Badie and ousted president Mohamed Morsi were sentenced to death over crimes of espionage and prison break.
